She has increased revenues by £10s of millions several times over; helped companies to turn around sliding profits and headed up global product launches.

Jan has 15 years’ senior management experience in blue-chip companies in the UK, Denmark and USA and 13 years as an executive coach, change consultant and leadership trainer.

Jan is renowned for his ability to initiate and lead successful change programmes within large international corporations, including a turn-around for an international US-based organisation. His list of clients includes Lloyds Banking Group, Shell, Macquarie Group, Tesco, Bank of Scotland, Shell, HP, Fujitsu, Scottish Water and NHS.
